Keeler Recruitment is supporting a public sector organisation in King’s Lynn as they navigate an exciting period of change. They are seeking an Interim Project Accountant/ Finance Business Partner to join their team for 6-9 months, providing crucial financial expertise and support.
Key Responsibilities:
*Delivering high-quality financial management reporting to drive informed decision-making.
*Collaborating with the wider organisation, translating complex financial data into actionable insights.
*Providing robust financial analysis and strategic input during a time of transition.
*Engaging with stakeholders across the organisation, fostering strong relationships to support effective financial management.
*Working closely with a supportive and experienced management team to drive improvement and efficiency.
Candidate Requirements:
*Professionally qualified finance professional (ACCA, ACA, CIMA, or equivalent preferred).
*Strong technical and analytical skills, with experience in management reporting and business partnering.
*Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships and influencing decision-makers.
*A curious and proactive approach, with the ability to challenge and improve processes.
*Confident and adaptable, able to thrive in a dynamic and challenging environment.
