What would I be doing?
As a Sponsorship Sales Manager, you will:
*Use sales prospecting tools and outreach platforms to identify, research, and connect with potential sponsors, expanding the client base.
*Develop and nurture strong relationships with sponsors, understanding their needs and aligning them with the right opportunities to maximize value.
*Create and implement effective sales strategies, pitches, and proposals tailored to each sponsor, driving engagement and closing deals.
*Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets, with a focus on revenue growth and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline.
What qualifications and experience do I need?
To be successful in this role, you should have:
*A background in the event, media, or advertising industry with a track record of driving new business growth.
*Proficiency in using sales prospecting software and outreach tools.
*A strong ability to confidently and persuasively pitch to C-level executives, demonstrating a deep understanding of their needs and how to meet them.
*Excellent communication skills are essential, as you will be engaging with high-level executives regularly.
*A driven and ambitious personality with a desire to succeed and grow.
