Job: Real Estate Associate/Senior Associate (Asset Management)
Location: Birmingham (hybrid)
The Opportunity
Robert Walters is proud to partner with a highly-regarded law firm in Birmingham who are looking to add a Real Estate Associate/Senior Associate to their burgeoning Birmingham team. With 2+ PQE in, this role is tailored for professionals with strong expertise in asset management. You will support a dynamic Property group and manage a diverse portfolio of assets.
Key Responsibilities
*Draft, review, and negotiate asset management documents (leases, licences, variations, etc.).
*Oversee grants of leases, renewals, assignments, and terminations.
*Liaise with in-house teams to deliver seamless client service.
*Provide commercially aware advice and utilise legal tech solutions.
Requirements
*2+years’ PQE in Real Estate.
*Expertise in asset management and lease negotiations.
*Experience with large portfolios (food & beverage sector experience desirable).
*Passion for leveraging technology in legal services.
