?? Salary: Main Pay Scale (£33,075 - £45,307)
?? Working Pattern: Full-time, 52 weeks per year

About the Role As a Key Stage 3 Teacher, you’ll lead a small group or year group class, tailoring your approach to meet the individual emotional and academic needs of your students. This is more than just a teaching role - you’ll be a champion of their personal growth, resilience, and love of learning.

Who We’re Looking For We need a compassionate, skilled educator with:
*Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - this is essential.
*Experience working with SEMH needs (preferred but not required).
*A positive, empathetic approach and a commitment to unlocking every student’s potential.
