What You Will Do *Implement Solutions: Deploy Apogee’s software across diverse infrastructures, including Microsoft Azure and other cloud platforms.
*Manage Escalations: Take ownership of escalated technical issues, ensuring timely resolutions and attending high-profile customer meetings when required.
*Drive Best Practices: Develop efficient methodologies to optimise customer satisfaction and service delivery.
*Foster Vendor Relationships: Ensure seamless collaboration with vendors for technical support and software development.
*Mentor and Guide: Support the development of Technical Consultants and engineers through coaching and training.
*Problem-Solve: Utilise remote access tools to diagnose and resolve complex solution and server-related issues.
*Communicate Effectively: Keep customers and internal stakeholders informed of incident progress and resolutions.
You must have advanced technical expertise in network, server, and cloud solutions, alongside experience with print management systems and the ability to lead escalations effectively.
