Your new role
*Support and supervise a team of 9 IT Field Engineers working across Wrexham and Abergele,
*Support and motivate the team to perform at their best,
*Engage in BAU support of the organisation by resolving IT queries, new starter queries, mobile phones and portable devices set-ups,
*Working fully on-site in Wrexham or Abergele and occasional ad-hoc travel between sites, when business requires.

What you’ll need to succeed
*Experience working as a Team Leader, Manager or Team Supervisor,
*Experience leading and motivating a team,
*Experience using Active Directory, shared drive access, VPN, creation of new starter accounts and management of vendors.
*Driving licence and access to your own vehicle.


What you’ll get in return
You will be offered a 3-month position working fully on-site. This role will offer a rate of £20 per hour paid via an umbrella company. Any travel between sites will be expensed (£0.40 per mile). This role has got the potential to be extended.
