Your new role


*Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to promote property listings, services, and events. Create and manage content for digital platforms, including websites, social media, and email campaigns. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing materials. Coordinate advertising campaigns, including print, digital, and outdoor media. Track and analyze marketing metrics to optimize campaigns and report on performance. Assist in organizing events and property viewings to engage potential clients and stakeholders. Manage relationships with external vendors, including graphic designers, printers, and media agencies. Support overall branding initiatives and market research efforts


What you’ll need to succeed


*Proven experience in marketing, preferably within the property or real estate industry. Strong proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (social media, email marketing, Google Analytics, etc.). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced environment. Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail. Creative problem solver with a proactive approach to tasks. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (preferred)
