The Role:

Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement & Delivery-
*Lead end-to-end delivery of digital procurement transformation projects, ensuring solutions meet client objectives and exceed expectations.
*Serve as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders, fostering strong, long-term relationships.
*Design and implement digital procurement strategies, emphasising the adoption of AI-powered tools and platforms.
*Provide thought leadership on procurement trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
Business Development-
*Identify and pursue new client opportunities across sectors, leveraging your network and market insights.
*Collaborate with leadership to shape the firm’s value proposition and tailor solutions to meet evolving client needs.
*Develop compelling proposals, lead client pitches, and secure engagements.
Team Leadership & Development-
*Manage and mentor delivery teams, ensuring a high standard of performance and professional growth.
*Drive a culture of innovation, encouraging the exploration of emerging technologies to enhance client outcomes.
*Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and capability building, particularly around AI and digital transformation.
Skills & Experience Required-
*Proven track record in digital procurement transformation, ideally in a consulting or technology-focused environment.
*Strong understanding of procurement processes, digital tools, and the role of AI in enhancing procurement outcomes.
*Demonstrable experience in client engagement, project delivery, and business development.
*Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with senior stakeholders confidently.
*Strong leadership skills, with experience in managing teams and fostering professional growth.
*Strategic thinker with a results-oriented approach and a passion for digital innovation.
Qualifications-
*Bachelor’s degree in business, procurement, technology, or a related field. A master’s degree or relevant professional certifications (e.g., MCIPS, PMP) is desirable.
*In-depth knowledge of digital procurement platforms (e.g., SAP Ariba, Coupa, Jaggaer) is an advantage.
