Are you an experienced HR professional looking for an opportunity as an Employee Relations Manager?
Our client, a leading organisation in the industry, is seeking a motivated individual to join their People team. Reporting to the Director of People & Development, you will be responsible for overseeing employee relations matters in alignment with legislation and business requirements. You will provide guidance and coaching to managers on employee relation issues while ensuring compliance with current employment law and best practices.

*The role offers variety, with involvement in adhoc project work and the opportunity to support firm-wide changes and People matters as required.
What are the main duties?
*Provide coaching and advice to managers on employee relation issues, considering current employment law and best practices.
*Conduct disciplinary and grievance procedures, investigations, and other HR processes, including coaching other team members in these areas.
*Ensure compliance with legislative and compliance requirements to provide a consistent service.
*Actively promote the People ’service’ and keep colleagues informed of ongoing people issues.
*Own and manage all people-related documentation, such as contracts of employment and settlement agreements.
*Support the Director of People & Development in significant/firm-wide changes and People matters.
*Liaise with external advisors and suppliers for employment advice and matters.
*Build and maintain an external network, establishing your personal brand.
What do you need to succeed?
*Proven experience in employee relations and HR processes.
*Strong knowledge of current employment law and best practises.
*Excellent coaching and advisory skills to effectively support managers.
*Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively, and meet deadlines.
*Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
*Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
