Role Responsibilities *Leading and managing audits for a diverse client portfolio, from planning to completion
*Ensuring high-quality, efficient, and timely audit processes for clients

Candidate Requirements *ACA, ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification
*Extensive experience in audit and assurance within a practice environment
*Proven ability to manage audit engagements, including complex assignments
*Strong technical knowledge of UK GAAP, IFRS, and audit regulations
*Excellent communication skills, capable of building strong client and team relationships
*Demonstrated ability to lead, manage, and mentor a team
*Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to identifying business opportunities
