Automotive Service Advisor required in Northampton
up t £28,500 basic salary + OTE
Monday to Friday, Saturday AM on rota
We are seeking a customer-centric and highly personable Customer Service Advisor to join an award-winning Car Dealership today.
You will become part of a closely knit team that is an industry leader and being part of wider group, opens a variety of opportunities to you and your career.
The management structure within the business have been within company and manufacturer for over 20 years and can therefore streamline your learning curve alongside extending your opportunity to earn a genuine OTE.
Key Responsibilities/Skills:
*Greeting customers and scheduling services
*Keeping customers updated on the progress of their vehicle
*Providing additional services including service plans
*Handling customer complaints

Although holding previous Automotive experience would be beneficial, this role is open to candidates who hold a high level of customer service and can illustrate a proven track record.
