Job Description:
A Brand-new Operations CoordinatorTrainee job is now available near Stansted Airport, experience is not needed but essential skills are; good communication skills, computer literate with a high level of attention to detail.
Driver is essential due to the location.
*Annual Salary: £24,000

Day-to-day of the role:
*Coordinate the entire booking process from start to finish with clients, shipping lines, and suppliers.
*Monitor shipments, keeping clients informed throughout the booking process.
*Produce necessary documents for the department, including booking confirmations, shipping notes, Bills of Lading, and instructions to the lines.
*Arrange customs entries, VGMs, and other relevant procedures to ensure smooth shipment of cargo.
*Engage with clients directly, handling queries and finding solutions as needed, with support and training provided.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Good communication skills
*Computer literate
*High level of attention to detail.
*Excellent spoken and written English.
*Proactive and eager to contribute to a new and growing department.

*Standard working hours: 9:00 am – 5:30 pm
