About the Role We are seeking an experienced and strategic Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts in Liverpool. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to drive online growth, enhance customer engagement, and contribute to the success of our financial services organization.
Key Responsibilities *Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with the company’s goals.
*PPC Management: Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns to maximize ROI and deliver measurable results (3+ years of experience required).
*Paid Social Campaigns: Manage targeted advertising on Meta and LinkedIn, driving brand awareness and conversions (3+ years of experience required).
*SEO Optimization: Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and website traffic (3+ years of experience required).
*Email Marketing: Create and manage email campaigns using Mailchimp to engage and retain customers.
*CRM Management: Use HubSpot to manage customer relationships, ensuring seamless campaign execution and effective lead nurturing.
*Data Analysis: Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, providing insights and recommendations to improve results.
*Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with overall business objectives.
What We’re Looking For *Experience: At least 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with 3+ years specializing in PPC, paid social, and SEO.
*Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and paid social platforms like Meta and LinkedIn.
*Strong knowledge of SEO best practices, including on-page and off-page optimization techniques.
*Hands-on experience with email marketing tools such as Mailchimp and CRM systems like HubSpot.
*Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
*Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and develop actionable strategies.
*Experience in the financial services industry is a plus but not essential.
