Key Responsibilities:
*Provide high-quality care and education to children in line with the nursery’s outstanding standards.
*Plan and deliver engaging and age-appropriate activities that encourage learning and development.
*Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment.
*Work collaboratively with the team to support individual children’s needs.
*Build strong, positive relationships with children, parents, and staff members.
*Follow all safeguarding, health, and safety policies to ensure a safe learning environment.
Requirements:
*Level 3 Qualification in Childcare (or equivalent) is essential.
*Prior experience working in a nursery or early years setting.
*Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
*Passionate about early childhood education and committed to delivering outstanding care.
