Manufacturing Engineer, Edenbridge, £50,000
As a Manufacturing Engineer within this pioneering manufacturer, you will be joining a talented team committed to pushing the boundaries of innovation and development in technology. You will play a pivotal role in enhancing production quality, efficiency, and overall performance, whilst improving existing manufacturing workflows and managing resources and tooling.

Manufacturing Engineer Responsibilities
*Analyse and improve manufacturing processes to enhance quality, efficiency, and throughput.
*Organise and manage production workflows, integrating systems to meet performance and budget targets.
*Oversee tooling management and ensure accurate, up-to-date manufacturing documentation.
*Resolve production issues by collaborating with engineers, suppliers, and staff to maintain smooth operations.
*Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations through risk assessments and internal audits.
Manufacturing Engineers Skills & Experience Required
*Strong manufacturing experience with a focus on AS9100.
*Proficient in reading engineering drawings and using MRP/ERP systems.
*Familiarity with electromechanical assembly.
*Skilled in problem-solving, data analysis, and process improvement.
*Expertise in Microsoft Word, Excel, and AutoCAD is advantageous.
