SENIOR CRM ANALYST

This is an exciting opportunity to work for a leading high-street retailer as a Senior CRM Analyst.
THE COMPANY
The successful Senior CRM Analyst will be working in one of the UK’s largest high-street luxury fashion brand. This company is looking to develop their relationship with their customers via both digital and non-digital channels, and your job will be at the heart of this operation! They are currently migrating onto a more advanced and modern CDP/ESP which this role will have a lot of exposure to.
THE ROLE
As a Senior CRM Analyst in this luxury highstreet fashion brand, you will help build a holistic view of their customers, whilst delivering insights to drive sales via marketing.
More specifically, you can expect to be involved in the following:
*Analysis of key touchpoints with the goal looking at metrics such as churn rates, retention and LTV.
*Creating customer segmentations using SQL
*Supporting the CDP migration, including utilisation of data governance principles
*Post-campaign analysis
*Understanding customers buying behaviour in relation to promotional offers as well as how effectively the company is influencing customers
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
The successful Senior CRM Analyst will have the following skills and experience:
*Full proficiency using SQL required
*Good ability to extract and analyse data from a data warehouse, with the ability to make sense of data from different sources
*Experience working with customer data from either a CRM or Marketing background
*Excellent communicational skills
THE BENEFITS
The successful Senior CRM Analyst will receive a salary up to £60,000-£70,000 with an extensive benefits package.
