Salary: In the region of £27-32,000 dependant on experience

Skills, Experience & Responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technician:
*Architectural degree, ideally with planning-related modules.
*Several years of architectural experience, including 18 months in the private sector.
*Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other graphic software (e.g., Photoshop, Cine Render).
*Ability to produce high-quality planning application drawings and CAD/BIM outputs.
*Strong time management, adaptability, and collaborative teamwork skills.
*Experience in building and land surveys, including measured surveys and staking outs.
*Knowledge of Building Regulations and Planning Law.
*Report writing and attention to detail.
*Effective client and stakeholder communication, including email and phone inquiries.
*Full driving licence and access to a vehicle.
