• Due to continued expansion, this firm is looking for a Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years’ PQE, a Licensed
  Conveyancer or a Legal Executive.
• The busy residential conveyancing department manages a broad range of matters including
o re-mortgages,
o shared ownership schemes,
o transfer of equity, and
o lease extensions.
• Case management experience is desirable.
• The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication, drafting and time management skills and
   experience of supervising and training team members.
