We’re seeking a dynamic Social Media and Digital Marketing Specialist to join our clients growing team and help then take their brand to new heights. As a key player, you’ll be responsible for creating engaging content, managing social media channels, and driving customer engagement.
What you’ll do:
*Social Media Mastery: Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across various platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) to increase brand awareness, drive traffic to their website, and foster a loyal community.
*Content Creation: Create compelling content, including posts, stories, reels, and blog articles, to highlight products and brand values.
*Community Management: Engage with their audience, respond to comments and messages, and build relationships with their followers.
*E-commerce Expertise: Manage their Shopify store, ensuring product listings are accurate and up-to-date, and optimizing the online shopping experience.
*Digital Marketing Campaigns: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, paid advertising, and SEO.
*Data Analysis: Track and analyse key metrics to measure the effectiveness of our social media and digital marketing efforts.
