Job Description:
Position: Family Law Solicitor/Legal Executive
Location: Doncaster
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Family Law Solicitor or Legal Executive to take on a diverse and challenging caseload. The role involves handling a range of family law matters, including divorce proceedings, financial disputes, Children Act proceedings, and domestic abuse cases
Key Responsibilities:
*Manage a busy caseload of family law cases, including divorce, financial settlements, and children-related matters
*Provide support and legal representation to vulnerable clients, including victims of domestic abuse
*Conduct advocacy and represent clients in court
*Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and other professionals
*Travel to other offices and court as required
Family Solicitors Requirements:
*Minimum of 2 years PQE (Post-Qualified Experience)
*Proven experience in family law, particularly in divorce and children’s matters
*Familiarity with the Legal Aid Agency’s Client and Cost Management System (CCMS)
*Confident in conducting advocacy
*Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment
*Willingness to travel when necessary
