What will you do?  
You will advise individuals on broad private client matters to include:
*Probate & Estate Administration
*Wills
*Trusts
*Estate planning
*Power of Attorney matters
*Tax & IHT
What will you need? 
*To be a qualified or unqualified private client fee earner
*(You can be entirely unqualified, or perhaps part-way through a formal qualification)
*At least 2 years’ experience running your own (basic) private client caseload
