Day-to-day of the role:
*Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons in line with the national curriculum.
*Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters learning and growth.
*Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to students and their parents or carers.
*Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement innovative teaching strategies.
*Maintain open communication with parents and carers regarding student progress.
*Participate in school events and extracurricular activities to enrich the educational experience.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
*Proven experience teaching Year 2 or a similar age group.
*Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and assessment frameworks.
*Excellent classroom management skills.
*Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of all learners.
