Job Description:
We are recruiting Recruitment Consultants to join a friendly and expanding construction recruitment agency. They have fantastic growth plans for 2025 and have a stable and dynamic team.

This is a 360 role where you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the desk. The company will provide on-the-job and classroom-based training to give you the tools you need to succeed further.
Your Responsibilities will include:
*Advertising for roles via job boards, websites and social media.
*Interviewing and screening applicants to determine suitability.
*Selling and developing business via the phone and face-to-face.
*Completing the full recruitment cycle.
*Recruitment administration.
You will need
*Passion for the recruitment sector.
*A minimum of 12 months experience in a recruitment consultant role.
*Dedication to deliver high-quality service.
*UK resident and the right to work in the UK.
*Experience working with personal and team targets.
*To be a great team player.
