Recruitment Consultant - FMCG
Flexible working available
to £40K
Commission to 20% uncapped

Our client has an outstanding reputation as a leading provider of high-quality recruitment to the FMGC sector. Due to their continued success, they wish to employ an experienced recruitment consultant to meet their high client demand. They have been operational for over a decade and have a reputation for placing Operations Directors, Managing Directors, and Senior personnel within the supply chain and procurement sector.
Based just outside Doncaster the business offers progression and an excellent working environment. They provide an uncapped bonus scheme with no threshold and there is parking on the premises. They can offer a fully flexible approach to work and can accommodate working from home 95% of the time with a day or two in the office so that you feel like you are part of their successful team.
They are looking for professional, proactive and motivated recruiters who are target driven and career-focused. They offer sector training and guidance to enable you to become a skilled specialist recruiter with in-depth market knowledge but would like you to come from a professional recruitment background.
Recruitment is a very rewarding and satisfying job, it is made up of many different elements and a successful consultant requires many different skills:
• Using marketing, business and competitor leads to develop existing company contacts.
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates to ensure future business.
• Reviewing applications, managing interviews, and considering candidates and shortlists.
• Selling using a retained methodology.
• Identifying and evaluating the recruitment needs of clients.
• Headhunting - identifying and approaching suitable candidates.
• Providing creative solutions to employers’ recruitment issues.
• Assisting with the negotiation of terms of engagement and fees with the client.
• Documenting clients’ details and vacancy requirements.
The successful applicant will:
• Possess excellent recruitment skills and be able to communicate at all levels.
• Be self-motivated, committed, ambitious, driven and confident with a professional approach.
• Have a proactive nature with the drive and determination to succeed within a competitive environment.
• Be target-driven with a positive attitude to providing exceptional service.
• Have an entrepreneurial approach within this exciting and demanding sector.
