An opportunity has arisen for a Fire Safety Surveyor, offering a salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, to join a dynamic team dedicated to fire safety excellence. This role involves conducting Type 1, 2, and 3 fire risk assessments on both internal and external building elements, with a focus on façades and fire doors. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in external building inspections and a deep understanding of fire safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities: *Conduct Type 1, 2, and 3 Fire Risk Assessments (FRAs) for a variety of buildings
*Provide expert assessment of external façades and internal fire safety elements, including fire doors
*Deliver detailed fire safety reports and recommendations
*Advise clients on fire safety compliance and improvements
*Ensure projects meet the highest safety standards, aligned with fire safety legislation
Key Requirements: *Proven experience conducting Type 1, 2, and 3 fire risk assessments
*Strong expertise in external building inspections and façade safety
*In-depth knowledge of fire doors and compartmentation
*Excellent communication and reporting skills
*Ability to work independently and provide clear, actionable guidance
