Elevation Recruitment Group- Business Support Division are excited to be exclusively partnered with a Global organisation in their search for Client Liaison Advisors on a permanent basis. Based in Rotherham close to motorway links.

*Full time- Office based 9am-5pm

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to join a growing utilities organisation as a Client Liaison Advisor The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, exceptional customer service abilities, and a proactive approach to managing billing and payment-related inquiries. This role requires a team player with excellent communication skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Customer Interaction:
*Handle inbound calls and emails related to billing queries and payments.
*Resolve customer complaints in line with business process timeframes.
*Adhere to customer satisfaction criteria and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs).
* Billing and Payments:
*Process customer payments and update accounts promptly and accurately.
*Identify and resolve billing disputes efficiently.
* Operational Excellence:
*Adhere to customer service policies and procedures.
*Maintain current policies in line with business requirements.
*Escalate unresolved issues to the office manager as needed.
*Ensure compliance with contracts and business obligations.
* Regulatory Compliance:
*Ensure adherence to data protection regulations and GDPR.
*Stay updated on relevant regulations and apply them within the department.
* Upselling and Promotion:
*Proactively promote products and services to enhance customer satisfaction and increase profitability.
* Team Collaboration:
*Coordinate with team members to resolve customer issues.
*Exhibit a strong team-player mentality.
Essential Skills and Attributes:
*Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
*Strong attention to detail.
*Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
