Successful international law firm seeks a new Real Estate Paralegal to join their London office on a permanent basis.

Real Estate Paralegal Key Responsibilities:
*Building an understanding of the technical and legal knowledge and skills relevant to Real Estate
*Legal research and assisting with legal queries sent to the Knowledge Lawyers
*Assisting with building and maintaining databases of legal precedents
*Maintaining matter sites (with data collected from fee earners) resources
*Assisting with the preparation of filings and transaction bibles
Real Estate Paralegal Key Skills & Requirements:
*Educated to degree level OR relevant Paralegal / CILEx experience
*At least 1+ years of recent paralegal experience gained in a reputable and established law firm setting
*Previous Knowledge Paralegal experience within Real Estate
*Ideally knowledge of legal tech including automated contacts, portals and generative AI tools
