Role - Maths Teacher
Location - Medway
Tradewind Recruitment are actively seeking a highly skilled Maths teacher for a good comprehensive school in the Medway area. The role is for a January 2025 start until the end of the academic year with the option of permanent from September 2025. The salary is between £31,650 and £49,084 - full time!
The role:
*Deliver high quality Maths lessons to students of varying abilities across KS3 and KS4
*Create dynamic lessons that promote active learning and critical thinking
*Provide individualised support to students to ensure academic success
*Attend Departmental meetings and parents evenings when required
Requirements:
*Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
*Experience as a Maths Teacher in a secondary school environment
*Strong subject knowledge
*Ability to manage classroom behaviour effectively
*Hold or be willing to apply for an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks
*CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible
*Legal right to work in the UK
