AJ Chambers are proud to be partnered with a Top 100 Law Firm as they look to grow their Residential Property team by hiring a Conveyancer in Cambridge
The firm are looking to hire a Residential Conveyancer or a Conveyancing Lawyer who is either 2+ PQE, CILEX or CLC qualified.
Responsibilities:
*Handle a full caseload of residential conveyancing transactions, including sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity
*Provide clear and concise advice to clients on all aspects of the conveyancing process
*Prepare, review and negotiate contracts and other legal documents related to residential conveyancing
*Manage transactions from instruction to completion, ensuring that deadlines are met and clients are kept fully informed
Requirements:
*Qualified conveyancer with at least 2 years of experience in residential conveyancing
*Excellent knowledge of the residential conveyancing process and a deep understanding of the legal issues involved
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills
*Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
