Our client, arapidly expanding international company, is seeking a Derivatives OperationsManager specialising in power and energy commodities and derivativesoperations. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the position andmake a significant impact on a global scale.

Role Overview:
*Assist with Traders in the full trade lifecycle of commodities.
*Assist with negotiations and coordination with exchanges.
*Manage trade support processes across Commodities and Derivatives
*Ensure trade reconciliation and settlement processes.
*Lead process improvements using new technologies.
*Manage a small team, mentoring and developing team members.

Qualifications:
*This candidate must have demonstrable experience working with commodities (power, energy and oil).
*Must have experience working with exchanges.
*Degree or equivalent.
*5 years in the energy sector and commodity trading operations.
*Strong understanding of financial markets and derivatives.
*Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.


This is a fully remote (occasional travel to Londonoffice) opportunity, paying up to £90k dependent on experience, plus bonus anda full suite of benefits.
