HR Advisor
Location: Central Guildford
Contract Type: Temp To Perm
Hourly rate: £19 - £24 per hour
Remuneration: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum

Responsibilities:
*Handle complex employee relations matters with professionalism and tact.
*Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures.
*Conduct investigations and resolve employee concerns, ensuring fair and consistent outcomes.
*Assist in developing and implementing HR initiatives to improve employee engagement and overall organisational performance.
*Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address HR-related issues.
*Stay up-to-date with changes in employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
Skills:
*Strong knowledge and experience in complex employee relations.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
*High level of discretion and confidentiality.
*Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
