Band 3 Administrator - Cambridge NHS
Employer: Service Care Solutions
Contract: Temporary Agency Contract
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday (9 AM - 5 PM)
Location: Cambridge NHS (Hybrid Working)
Pay Rate: £13.50 per hour (PAYE, inclusive of direct engagement)
Role Overview:
Service Care Solutions is recruiting a Band 3 Administrator to join the Cambridge NHS on a temporary contract. This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised and proactive individual to support the smooth running of administrative operations within the NHS.
Key Responsibilities:
*Provide comprehensive administrative support to NHS teams.
*Manage and maintain accurate records and documentation.
*Respond to queries via email and phone, ensuring timely and professional communication.
*Schedule meetings, take minutes, and coordinate calendars for team members.
*Handle data entry and maintain confidentiality in line with GDPR.
Requirements:
*Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within the NHS or public sector.
*Excellent organisational and communication skills.
*Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
*Ability to prioritise tasks and work efficiently in a hybrid working environment.
