What We’re Looking For:
To be successful, you should:
*Have previous experience supporting SEND children, either in education or other support roles.
*Hold at least a Level 3 qualification in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
*Demonstrate excellent communication skills and an enthusiastic approach to engaging children in learning.
*Be proactive and passionate about fostering a love for learning in young children.
