Job Description:
Rents Accountant | £35,000 - £37,000 | Greater Manchester:
Castlefield Recruitment are working with a Housing Association in Greater Manchester who are looking to recruit a Rent Accountant their busy and growing team. The role is offered on a initial 6 month fixed term contract, with hybrid working and a great benefits package.
Duties:
*Responsible for rent setting
*Offering expert advice in management of rents and arrears
*Producing management information reports from the rent accounting system in accordance with management requirements
*Dealing with internal/external quires and complains
*Presenting and translating financial information to a varied audience
Experience:
*Experience working Housing Sector rents is ESSENTIAL
*Able to pick up new processes and systems quickly and efficiently
*AAT qualified or experience to this level
