Role Responsibilities *Managing a diverse portfolio of personal and corporate tax clients, providing expert tax advice and planning solutions
*Leading tax compliance and advisory work, ensuring timely and accurate service delivery
*Reviewing tax returns, computations, and ensuring compliance with HMRC regulations
*Building and maintaining strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor on tax matters
*Supervising and mentoring junior tax staff, supporting their development and overseeing their work
*Liaising with partners to contribute to the strategic development of the tax team and the firm
*Identifying tax planning opportunities for clients and supporting business development initiatives

*Strong technical knowledge of personal and corporate tax

*Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex tax issues in a clear and concise manner
*Ability to manage and mentor junior staff, providing leadership and support
*A proactive approach to identifying business opportunities and improving client service
