Job Role: Senior Sales Development Representative
Salary: up to £25k plus uncapped commssion OTE £15K

We’re looking for an exceptional Enterprise SDR to join our team and help us drive growth by generating demand and building relationships with decision-makers.
About the Role
As an Enterprise Sales Development Representative (SDR), you’ll be at the forefront of creating opportunities and expanding our sales pipeline. You’ll identify prospects, establish meaningful connections, and introduce innovative software solutions. You’ll combine your proven telesales expertise with a proactive, relationship-focused approach to qualify leads and schedule software demonstrations.

*Product Promotion: Showcase our software’s features, addressing customer needs.
*Demo Scheduling: Qualify leads and secure appointments for the sales team.
What We’re Looking For
*Experience: A minimum of 2 years outbound B2B telesales experience, ideally in SaaS or service management sectors.
*Tech Savvy: Proficiency with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other SDR platforms.
*Communication Excellence: Fluent in British English, with outstanding verbal and written skills.
*Relationship Skills: Ability to build trust and rapport with prospective customers.
*Goal-Oriented: Driven by targets and motivated to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
