Administrator - Leading Property Brand - Hybrid Working
Are you a proven Administrator, interested in a career in the property sector?

Our leading Real Estate Management client is seeking a Client Accounts Administrator to join the business within the Client Accounting team on a permanent basis. Working from their West Croydon office, you will play a key role in supporting the administrative tasks and assist with any ad hoc processes needed.

Duties Include (training provided):
*Prepare and send the financial reports pack
*Supporting documentation for the year end accounts
*Liaise with client accountants and other departments
*Respond to enquiries and ensuring mailboxes are cleared
*Monitor company accounts and file documents in a timely manner
*Updating spreadsheets
*Other administrative duties relating to the running of the department
Experience/skills needed
*Well-developed interpersonal and oral communications skills
*Interpersonal skills and customer focused
*Strong organisational skills
*Ability to work on own initiative
*Ability to work as a team player
*Good numerical skills
*Diplomacy
*Ability to prioritise critical workload and work under pressure and strict time frames
*Experience in the property management industry would be a bonus but is not essential
