Role Responsibilities *Leading audit engagements from planning through to completion, ensuring compliance with ISAs and relevant regulations
*Preparing and reviewing audit plans, conducting risk assessments, and determining effective audit approaches
*Conducting fieldwork, analysing financial data, and assessing clients’ internal controls to identify areas of audit risk
*Serving as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations, and delivering exceptional service
*Reviewing financial statements to ensure compliance with UK GAAP, IFRS, and other relevant standards
*Supervising and mentoring junior audit staff, delegating tasks effectively, and reviewing their work
*Presenting audit findings and recommendations to clients, offering insights into potential financial and operational improvements
*Staying up-to-date with developments in accounting standards, audit regulations, and best practices

Candidate Requirements *Requirements: *In the final stages of ACA or ACCA qualification (or recently qualified)
*2-4 years of audit experience within the UK
*Solid knowledge of UK GAAP, IFRS, and other accounting frameworks
*Proven ability to manage client engagements and lead audit teams
*Charity audit experience (preferred but not essential)
