This is an outstanding opportunity for a driven Solicitor with a good knowledge and background in Residential Real Estate wanting to provide first class service within a thriving team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who:
*Has a strong grounding in leasehold enfranchisement and landlord and tenant
*Demonstrates technical expertise, proficiency in drafting and research skills
*Is comfortable in running transactions effectively with experience of acting for domestic and international high net worth clients
*Is able to work independently with minimal supervision
*Is a team player with proven ability to work collaboratively with professionals of other disciplines (tax advisors, accountants, agents etc)
*Has excellent technical knowledge
*Comes from a firm doing a similar type of work with previous experience at reputable City/West End based firms or regional firms with an excellent reputation.
