Software Sales Representative - Legal Markets

Key Responsibilities
New Business Development:
*Identify and engage potential clients across Europe and Australia.

*Convert warm inbound leads into new customers while generating your own leads.
Account Management:
*Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
*Upsell licenses and cross-sell additional modules to meet client needs.
*Respond promptly to customer queries and create tailored offers and quotations.
Customer Engagement:
*Represent the company at user group meetings, exhibitions, and industry events.
*Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction by providing high-quality service and attention to detail.
Operational Excellence:
*Utilise CRM tools to manage client information, generate quotes, and track progress.
*Manage general administration tasks to support the sales cycle.
Essential Skills and Experience
*Proven success in software sales, with at least one year of experience (legal sector experience highly desirable).
*Strong product demonstration and customer service skills.
*Expertise in the solutions sales cycle, including cold calling, consultations, and closing deals.
*Excellent communication skills with impeccable spoken and written English.
*Advanced computer proficiency (MS Office and CRM tools).
*Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a target-driven environment.
