Key Responsibilities:
*Inputting and processing customer orders accurately and efficiently.
*Receiving and managing incoming goods.
*Answering and directing phone calls to the appropriate departments.
*Managing customer queries and providing timely resolutions.
*Handling driver queries and coordinating logistics.
*Liaising with HMRC to ensure timely payments and compliance.
Requirements:
*Ability to work effectively under pressure.
*Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
*Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to get along with anyone.
*Proven ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and tact.
