Community Care Assistant
Are you searching for a new rewarding position and are experienced as a community support worker who wants to support individuals who require more assistance?
At Randstad, we are looking for dependable, enthusiastic individuals to help local adults who are able to drive.
As a Community Support Worker, you will:
*Going into different individual’s homes supporting them and building relationships with them.
*Having the self-assurance and drive to operate independently as well as in a team setting.
*Must have flexibility, empathy, resilience, care, patience, dependability, honesty, and excellent communication skills.
Requirements:
*12 months of experience working in the UK.
*Registration with the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC).
*Must be currently located in the UK with the right to work (sponsorship not provided).
*Car Driver
