*Working hours: TIME-TIME ONLY, 9am-3pm Monday-Friday

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant/Key Worker to play a crucial role in supporting the academic and behavioural needs of a small group of students.
Your responsibilities will include:
*Assisting teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons
*Providing individual and small group support to students
*Encouraging positive behaviour and creating a calm and supportive learning environment
*Building strong relationships with students and their families
*Contributing to the overall well-being of the school community
*Ensuring a safe and inclusive environment for students and staff across the school
The ideal candidate will:
*Possess a genuine passion for working with young people with complex needs
*Have experience working in a SEN or similar setting
*Be highly motivated and committed to student success
*Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*Is a team player, with a patient, positive and can-do attitude
*Is flexible and adaptable to changing circumstances
