Group Treasury Manager | Global Creative Agency | 9 month FTC
Harmonic are delighted to be partnering with a Global Creative Agency with their search for a Group Treasury Manager to join their rapidly growing team. Turning over around £300mill, they have roughly 20 offices globally and are looking to expand further.
The agency is looking for a Treasury Manager to join their Group Treasury team, reporting directly to the Group Treasury Director. The team is responsible for managing the group’s cash flow, investments, external funding, financial risk, and all banking operations. This is a maternity cover role and has a duration of 9 months, but may be extended further.
The role:
The role itself strikes an excellent combination of cash management & forecasting, trade working capital management and FX management. You will be crucial in ensuring maximum functionality of the project teams, as well as collaborating with global market leads to improve cashflow forecasting and identifying process improvements to drive further automation.
Key Responsibilities
*Support the Group Treasury Director in executing the new foreign exchange hedging strategy.
*Lead initiatives to enhance cash management across the Group, including the implementation of cash pooling solutions where feasible.
*Contribute to the development and execution of counterparty risk assessments and reporting frameworks.
*Promote process improvements by leveraging systems efficiently while ensuring strong control measures.
*Provide support for ad hoc project management to streamline operations and drive efficiencies throughout the Group.
*Design and maintain a set of KPIs for operational performance, using them to assess and benchmark business outcomes.
*Conduct annual reviews of the Group’s distributable reserves and manage dividend strategies, including declarations and settlements.
*Manage relationships with banking partners and oversee the company’s banking arrangements.
*Develop and enforce treasury policies and procedures to ensure consistent and effective operations.
*Stay informed about the latest trends and developments in the treasury and financial sectors.
*Monitor and ensure compliance with the terms of the Revolving Credit Facility, including performing covenant calculations.
What We Need to See (Essential Skills):
*ACA / ACCA / CIMA Qualified
*Previously worked in a treasury function
*Previously provided financial information to management & the wider business
*Strong attention to detail
*Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
*Good all-rounder, proactive, team player
What We Would Like to See (Bonus Skills):
*Creative agency experience
*Previous group reporting deadlines / adherence experience

Salary: £65,000 - £75,000
