Job Description:
We are pleased to be working with our client seeking an Administrator based in Northampton for one of our clients on a full-time permanent basis. Our client is a well-established Solicitor located across Leicester, Milton Keynes, Cambridge and more.
Responsibilities of theAdministrator
*Assist fee earners with due diligence enquiries.
*Perform client and new matters opening processes.
*Conduct anti-money laundering checks.
*Review documentation to ensure compliance.
*Maintain accurate records.
Requirements for a successful Administrator
*Previous Administration experience is essential.
*AML and/or conflict compliance knowledge would be advantageous.
*Good understanding of the onboarding process.
*Well organised with excellent time management.
*Strong IT skills.
*Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
*Strong attention to detail.

Salary: £24,000 per annum
Location: Northampton, Hybrid with 1-2 days at home
Type of Contract: Permanent
Hours: 35 hour working week Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm
