Job Description:
Role Overview:
The Delegate Sales Exec will be responsible for assisting clients throughout the awards entry process, generating leads for awards programmes, and selling attendance to our awards events. 

Responsibilities:

• Identify and research potential participants for awards programs through various channels, including industry research, online platforms, and networking.
• Proactively reach out to past and potential participants to promote attendance at our awards events.
• Conduct sales calls and meetings to showcase the benefits and value of entering and attending our awards events.
• Act as a trusted advisor and resource for clients, providing guidance on maximizing their awards entry and event attendance opportunities.

Qualifications:
• Passion for customer satisfaction and a genuine interest in helping clients succeed.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
• Skilled in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ideally previous experience with a CRM system (SalesForce preferable)
