As the Production Manager, you will:
*Oversee and improve manufacturing processes to meet safety, quality, and efficiency standards
*Drive continuous improvement using Lean and 5S principles
*Manage production workflows to ensure schedules and targets are met
*Collaborate with purchasing, sales, and engineering teams to support production needs
*Implement KPIs to track performance and identify areas for improvement
*Coach and train team members while maintaining a positive, productive work environment
*Liaise with management to resolve issues and align on priorities
