What you will be doing:
*Managing and driving a team of Compliance experts
*Ensuring a compliant business environment across a range of governing bodies
*Conformance monitoring - internal and external
*Validation checks / onboarding checks
*Financial governance
*Monthly reporting to senior management
What you need to bring:
*Experience of business processes and systems
*Proven ability to deal with clients at all levels
*Vision and focus - set to achieve goals
*Drive and confidence
*Full understanding of the need for compliance
*Leadership skills
What you can expect:
