�? Are you passionate about maintaining the highest standards of property maintenance and ensuring the safety and satisfaction of guests? Join our client’s team at a renowned hotel community in London. We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Manager to oversee the upkeep and repairs of our client’s beautiful boutique hotel.
?? As our Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day repairs and maintenance tasks within the boutique. Your duties will include painting, general repairs, plumbing repairs, minor electrical work, and joinery/carpentry. Working closely with our Housekeeping and Front of House departments, you will ensure that all maintenance faults are addressed promptly and efficiently.
?? Key Responsibilities:
*Conducting general repairs and maintenance tasks within the boutique.
*Collaborating with other departments to address maintenance issues in a timely manner.
*Maintaining a high standard of appearance throughout the boutique.
*Coordinating planned preventative maintenance schedules and procedures.
*Adhering to health and safety requirements to ensure a safe environment.
*Arranging and overseeing external contractors for major repairs or specialised maintenance.
*Managing inventory and ordering supplies as needed.
*Keeping accurate records of work undertaken.
*Providing assistance to other staff members and departments.
?? Preferred Skills and Experience:
*A qualified trade background and/or previous experience in hotel maintenance.
*Proficiency in plumbing, minor electrical work, painting, and joinery/carpentry.
*Excellent attention to detail.
*Strong prioritisation and deadline management skills.
*Effective communication skills.
*Knowledge of MS Office (advantageous).
*Passionate and enthusiastic with a positive approach.
