Job Title: Production Manager - Rail Sector (Open to other Sectors)
Location: Crawley, West Sussex
Salary: Circa £60,000 - Working on rotating shift, days, lates and nights.

Key Responsibilities:
*Oversee the production process, ensuring adherence to quality standards and safety regulations.
*Lead and manage a diverse team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
*Troubleshoot technical issues, implementing effective solutions to minimize downtime and optimize production efficiency.
*Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to ensure seamless integration of processes.

*Prepare and present production reports to senior management.
Qualifications:
*Proven experience in a production management role, preferably in the rolling stock, aviation, or transportation sectors.

*High-level technical knowledge relevant to production processes and equipment.
*Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
*A background in the armed forces or relevant technical training is highly regarded.
